1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from beautiquefragrances.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our website or services.

 

2. Products & Authenticity

All fragrances sold by Beautique Fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors and perfume houses. We carry carefully handpicked luxury niche perfumes for men, women, unisex, and home.

 

3. Ordering & Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Beautique Fragrances reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order.

 

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

•       Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) available within UAE

•       Apple Pay

•       Bank Transfer

•       Tabby Buy Now, Pay Later (4 interest-free instalments)

•       Tamara Buy Now, Pay Later (flexible payment plans)

 

All online transactions are secured and encrypted. Beautique Fragrances does not store any payment card details.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

•       Standard delivery: 1–2 business days

•       Free delivery on all orders UAE.

•       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

 

Beautique Fragrances is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

•       Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

•       Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

•       Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

•       Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

 

Return Shipping Costs:

•       If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Beautique Fragrances will cover the return shipping cost

•       If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on beautiquefragrances.com including logos, images, text, and product descriptions is the property of Beautique Fragrances and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Beautique Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
