Refund & Return Policy

At Beautique, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any protective seals intact.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or gift card.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer, at no extra cost to you, one of the following:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

In these cases, Beautique covers all return shipping costs.


4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@beautiquefragrances.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For eligible returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Beautique covers the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping fees (if originally charged) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different shade, size, or product of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in Section 4.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund shows up.
  4. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beautiquefragrances.com.

9. Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless defective.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

10. Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
