Thank you for shopping with Beautique. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sale periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.


2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven Emirates:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery locations in the future — stay tuned!


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates — no minimum order value required.

  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted courier services Aramex, to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beautique is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@beautiquefragrances.com — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@beautiquefragrances.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Beautique is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, extreme weather, or courier disruptions.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items that ship from different locations or become available at different times, you may receive your order in multiple packages. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll try to accommodate the request before it ships.
